ANNOUNCEMENT: Online Part 2 Application Form Now OPEN!

The online Part 2 Application Form is NOW OPEN!  Qualified Bidders may now log in to the BGS Application website to access the online Part 2 Application Form.  Each Qualified Bidder uses the same login credentials to access the online Part 2 Application Form as for the online Part 1 Application Form.  Part 2 Application materials are due by 12 PM (noon) on January 14, 2026.  Please note that all Pre-Auction Security must be submitted ONLY via electronic means to the BGS Auction Manager at BGS-Auction@nera.com.

HOLIDAY SCHEDULE:  No applications will be processed on December 25, 2025, December 26, 2025, January 1, 2026, or January 2, 2026.
