Welcome to the Monthly Data page of the BGS Data Room.

Data items on this page are typically updated monthly, on or before the 17th of each month.

  • These monthly updated series contain data from June 2021 forward;
  • Pre-June 2021 data for these series are posted in archive files for each EDC under Historical;
  • Additional data items not updated monthly can be found on the "Additional Data" page of the BGS Data Room.

In an effort to reduce file size, all monthly data files with the exception of archived data have been transitioned from comma-seperated value (csv) or Excel XML-based (xlsx) format to Excel binary workbook (xlsb) format.

The November 2024 data update is now complete.
