Effective immediately, questions will be answered in the following order of priority:
- questions submitted by registered bidders about scheduling and other procedural matters regarding the auctions,
- questions submitted by registered bidders about bidding procedures,
- questions submitted by registered bidders about auction rules,
- questions submitted by registered bidders about the BGS Supplier Master Agreement,
- other questions submitted by registered bidders, and
- other questions.
While the Auction Manager will answer questions in categories 1) through 3) each day, responses to other questions will only be provided on a best efforts basis and as time permits. We encourage bidders to submit precise questions and, if referring to data or to a document, to send the data or document to BGS-Auction@nera.com along with their question.
