The EDCs addressed the treatment of the new PJM Billing Statement Line Items associated with the DOE’s emergency order under Section 202(c) of the FPA in their Joint Final Comments. Please review the Initial Comments and Final Comments submitted as part of the 2026 BGS proceeding (New Jersey Board of Public Utilities Docket Number ER25040190) for further information on this matter. The New Jersey Board of Public Utilities is expected to render its decision on the EDCs' Proposal for Basic Generation Service Requirements to be Procured Effective June 1, 2026 in November 2025.
