At its meeting on November 09, 2022, the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (“Board”) approved the EDCs’ proposal to solicit BGS supply through a statewide auction process.
On November 30, 2022, the EDCs made their compliance filing in accordance with the Board Order. The compliance filing documents are posted to the “bgs proceeding” page of the “auction” tab on the BGS Auction website.
