On April 7, 2021, the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (“Board”) issued a procedural order and initiated a BGS proceeding for the period starting June 1, 2022 (Docket No. ER21030631). By July 1, 2021, interested stakeholders filed their proposals for the procurement of BGS. September 3, 2021 was the deadline for stakeholders to file initial comments on BGS procurement proposals. On Monday, September 27, 2021, a Legislative-type Hearing was held remotely to hear additional comments on the proposals.
The deadline to file final comments to respond to issues raised in the Initial Comments or at the Legislative-type Hearing is Tuesday, October 12, 2021.
Final Comments should be submitted directly to the specific docket listed above using the “Post Comments” button on the Board’s Public Document Search tool. Comments are considered “public documents” for purposes of the State’s Open Public Records Act and any confidential information should be submitted in accordance with the procedures set forth in N.J.A.C. 14:1-12.3.
