To participate in the BGS Auctions, an interested party must complete the Part 1 Application by 12 PM (noon) Eastern Prevailing Time tomorrow, Tuesday, December 15, 2020.
The application process is online; interested parties can access the online Part 1 Application Form by logging in to the Application website (or by going to https://www.bgs-application.com/wp-login.php). The Part 1 Application requires that Applicants complete “Inserts”, which are standalone forms in Microsoft Word. Some Inserts require either that the signature be notarized or that the signature be digital and accompanied by a document or information that verifies the identity of the signatory. Other Inserts allow for (i) a scanned wet signature or electronic signature as long as the Insert is submitted by email by the signatory or with the signatory on copy; or (ii) a digital signature with a document or information that verifies the identity of the signatory. To request instructions on digital signatures, please reply “YES” to this email. These instructions are also available in the sidebar of the Application website.
