On March 27, 2020, the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (“Board”) issued a procedural order and initiated a BGS proceeding for the period starting June 1, 2021 (Docket No. ER20030190). On July 1, 2020, interested stakeholders filed their proposals for the procurement of BGS. On September 4, 2020, interested stakeholders filed their initial comments on all proposals.
On September 11, 2020, at 10:00am EPT, the Board will hold a “legislative-type” hearing to take comments on the proposals for the procurement of BGS. In the interest of public health and safety, this meeting will be conducted remotely. Interested parties must register to attend by emailing a request to the Board Secretary at firstname.lastname@example.org, which includes reference to the notice available here and to Docket No. ER20030190.
Final comments, which are due October 5, should only be used to respond to issues raised in the initial comments, issues raised at the legislative-type hearing, or questions issued by Board staff.
