On March 27, 2020, the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (“Board”) issued a procedural order and initiated a BGS proceeding for the period starting June 1, 2021 (Docket No. ER20030190). By July 1, 2020, interested stakeholders filed their proposals for the procurement of BGS. September 4, 2020 was the deadline for stakeholders to file initial comments on BGS procurement proposals. On Friday, September 11, 2020, a Legislative-type Hearing was held at the Board’s office to hear additional comments on the proposals.
The deadline to file final comments to respond to issues raised in the Initial Comments or at the Legislative-type Hearing is today, Monday, October 5, 2020.
Final Comments should be filed with the Board's Secretary at:
44 South Clinton Avenue, 9th Floor, Post Office Box 350, Trenton, New Jersey 08625-0350.
Written comments may also be filed with the Secretary of the Board via email in PDF or Word format to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please use the subject line “2021 BGS Final Comments” when submitting. Commenters may also electronically file comments through the Board’s External Access Portal after obtaining a MyNewJersey Portal ID.
