In its Order approving the BGS Auction Process (Docket No. ER18040356), the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (“Board”) recognized that the Clean Energy Act does not provide full clarity on the BGS Suppliers’ SREC and Class I responsibilities. The Board found that further review and analysis is needed; for that purpose, the Board directed Staff to conduct a stakeholder meeting on these issues and to provide its recommendations to the Board at the December 2018 regular agenda meeting.
Staff has announced that the stakeholder meeting will take place Friday, December 7, 2018 at 10 AM at the Board’s office and that comments would be due by 5 PM on Monday, December 10, 2018. The notice is available on the Board’s website.
