On April 25, 2018, the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (“Board”) issued a procedural order and initiated a BGS proceeding for the period starting June 1, 2019 (Docket No. ER18040356). By July 2, 2018, interested stakeholders filed their proposals for the procurement of BGS. September 5, 2018 was the deadline for stakeholders to file initial comments on BGS procurement proposals. On Friday, September 28, 2018, a Legislative-type Hearing was held at the Board’s office to hear additional comments on the proposals.
The deadline to file final comments to respond to issues raised in the Initial Comments or at the Legislative-type Hearing is tomorrow, Friday, October 12, 2018. Final comments should be filed with the Board’s Secretary (customarily one original and 10 copies at the following address):
