On June 30, 2017, the EDCs filed their proposal to procure BGS supply for the period beginning June 1, 2018 to conduct a statewide Auction Process that simultaneously seeks offers for all BGS Load in the state. A first bidder information webcast will be held on Friday, October 6, 2017 at 10AM Eastern, to review the EDCs’ Joint Proposal and any changes to the Auction Process from prior years.
All prospective bidders are invited to register for the bidder information webcast. To do so, please either:
Individuals who have received confirmation of a previous RSVP do not need to RSVP again.
The Auction Manager will cover the following topics:
- Description of the auctions and bidding procedures;
- Description of the responsibilities for BGS suppliers;
- Overview of past auctions; and
- Overview of the online application process.
Bidder information materials will be available on the BGS website.
