Yes, contracts executed between municipalities and TPSs as part of GEA Programs must be submitted to the Board, the Division of Rate Counsel, and the Division of Consumer affairs. We are not aware of a publicly available source for these contracts. All data relating to GEA Programs that the EDCs maintain is provided in the “EDC Municipal Aggregation Enrollment” file posted to the Additional Data page of the BGS Data Room.
